{"id":112,"date":"2011-11-27T20:59:58","date_gmt":"2011-11-27T19:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jfm72.fr\/blog\/?p=112"},"modified":"2021-10-19T12:34:27","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T11:34:27","slug":"recette-du-tiramisu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jfm72.fr\/blog\/recette-du-tiramisu\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette du TIRAMISU"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Voici la recette du tiramisu pour 6 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/span>:<br \/>\n-3 oeufs<br \/>\n-120g de sucre<br \/>\n-250g de mascarpone ou de cr\u00e8me fraiche \u00e9paisse<br \/>\n-10cl de marsala aromatis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande ou du rhum<br \/>\n&#8211; environ 24 biscuits \u00e0 la cuiller<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/span>:<br \/>\nFaire du caf\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fort et le faire refroidir (environ 4 tasses)<br \/>\nS\u00e9parer les jaunes des blancs. Battre les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Ajouter le mascarpone et le marsala .<br \/>\nMonter les blancs en neige et incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\nTremper rapidement les biscuits dans le caf\u00e9 et faire une premi\u00e8re couche de biscuits dans un plat \u00e0 bord haut (5cm).<br \/>\nCouvrir avec la moiti\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration.
